Adrian Norman, Founder

Adrian Norman has extensive experience in marketing, loyalty, prepaid, and product management, having directed the successful launch of numerous marketing and product development initiatives including large website redesigns with search engine optimization, marketing strategy development, prepaid and loyalty programs and new product strategy, incubation & development.

Before founding Seven Aspens Consulting, Kim served as a partner in North Peak Consulting Group, focused on providing services to the payments industry. Prior to North Peak, Kim was Vice President, Product Marketing & Innovation for Alliance Data, where she was responsible for marketing, product management, petroleum and convenience store prepaid and loyalty offerings, innovation and business development activities from 1998-2006.

Ms. Hull has also held marketing and product management roles for Digital Computers, Octel and Southwestern Bell Corporation, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Webster University, St Louis, MO., is a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP) and is a Google AdWords Qualified Professional.

Ashton Martin

Ashton Martin brings seasoned capabilities and judgment with nearly 30 years experience in the payment and retail industries with extensive experience in product and systems management, business intelligence and market analysis.

Since joining Seven Aspens, Jennifer has delivered extensive market studies for companies contemplating bringing new products to market, including competitive assessments, channel strategies, market-entrance requirements and project management. Prior to Seven Aspens, Jennifer held senior product management and marketing positions with Alliance Data, primarily focused on stored value and loyalty marketing products and services.

Before joining Alliance Data, Jennifer managed store systems for Neiman Marcus where she was responsible for needs analysis, business requirements, systems design, quality assurance, implementation, education and store support.

Roy Braun

Roy Braun is a marketing and business development professional with more than 20 years experience in the financial services and electronic payments industries, bringing expertise in online marketing strategy development, new product conceptualization and strategy and affinity partner program development and management.
